A STACK OF READING BOOKS
The beginning of 2021 has seen me reading a whole heap more than I ever have thanks to bus journeys to and from work and trying to reduce my screen time. I like having my books displayed to remind me to keep reading and what I can get lost in next.
ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS
One of my favourite bedside accompaniments has to be my little flower selection, not only are the pretty, but they also brighten up the small table top.
CANDLES
A bedroom staple for me has always been candles, their calming and peaceful, and the amount of light beside my bed reduces the need for a lamp. Plus, who doesn't love an additional decorative candle?
PILLOW MIST & HAND CREAM
For Christmas I was so excited to find a couple of my gifts were relaxing Avon Aromatherapy Beauty Sleep Lavender and Chamomile pillow mist & hand cream. I often have trouble sleeping and switching off but the soothing scent of lavender has always made me drift off. I love to use a hand cream before bed to nourish my skin overnight, so one that matches my pillow mist is the perfect companion for me.
LIP BALM
To go with my nightly ritual, a lip balm is a nighttime staple for me to keep my lips hydrated and moist. There's nothing I hate more than waking up with dry lips!
NOTEBOOK & PEN
You never know when inspiration strikes! Well that and its so handy for when you've powered down your devices and you've got thoughts and ideas to note down.
